Telephone befriending @ the Hpod

Befriending 

Reading your poetry at a Time Bank/community event

Networking - telling others about a time bank;
attending London Time Bank network events.

Helping serve and prepare food at the community cafe

Helping serve tea and coffee at our coffee mornings

Organising your own get together for Time bank members

Raise support for community events by:-  

Telephoning other time bank members & other London time banks
to help at events

Distributing publicity; creating posters and fliers

Organising a raffle at our community events

Organising a jewellery demonstration

Henna painting

Office administration (newsletters/filing/website)

Child care/babysitting

Teach local people a foreign language

Help people with their English skills, filling in forms etc

Attending meetings on behalf of Time bank

Run a creative workshop (dance/art/writing)

Read stories to young children at a local library

Run a workshop teaching your skills to others
(cake decorating/sewing/language/computer/dance/reflexology)
Credits will be earned for preparation work as well

Administration & clerical work
