So... how can I actually SPEND my credits?..

As the general rule 1 hour of time that you receive = 1 credit.

Poetry workshop = 1 credit per class

Jewellery workshop = 1 credit per class 
(The jewellery workshop is a 2 hour class so a 2 for 1 special offer!)

Time Bank Community Cafe @ Hpod = lunch+drink+dessert = 2 credits

Time Bank Coffee mornings = One coffee = 1 credit

... and then of course you can SPEND your hard earned credits on the one to one exchanges...

• Have a trusty neighbour do your light housework;
  (cleaning windows, hoovering, ironing)
   
• Have some one give you that much needed computer lesson; (internet/email/word/excel/create a website)
   
• Spend your credit on a Time Bank trip.

• Have a member help your child with their homework.

• Have a member help you with the grocery shopping.

• Have a member help with your allotment.

• Have a member help you with your language skills.

• Have a member make/decorate a cake for a special occasion.

• Have a member give you follow up lessons on poetry or jewellery.

• Have a member help you with light D.I.Y.
  (putting up shelves/fixing a door knob/painting.

• Have a member sort out your problem with your sewing machine.

• Have a member teach you how to sew/knit/crochet.

• Have a member knit you a cardigan/blanket for a newborn in your family

• Have a member look after your pet while you are away on holiday.

• Have a member walk your dog.

• Have a member teach you an instrument or cultural dance.

Throughout the year West Euston Time bank organise so many special events and activities that are absolutely free to the general public. 

As a member you will hear about them first as you will receive a newsletter or publicity through your door!
